    There will be a significant on-site presence from the Dallas Police Department, with over 100 police officers positioned inside and around the event area throughout the day. Officers will be stationed at entry gates, throughout the block party footprint, and in surrounding areas to help monitor activity and ensure a safe environment. In addition, professional private security teams will be deployed across the event footprint to monitor the crowd, assist guests, and support event operations.

    To further support safety and crowd management, the event will also utilize aerial monitoring (“eyes in the sky”), providing an additional layer of visibility to help monitor crowd movement and activity throughout the event area.

    The event footprint itself is fully secured and enclosed. Lower Greenville Avenue between Vanderbilt and Vickery will be completely closed to vehicle traffic, creating a controlled environment dedicated to the block party.

    Access to the event area is managed through multiple gated entry points along Lower Greenville. All guests must be 21+ and present a valid ID at the gate, and guests may be subject to screening upon entry.

    For everyone’s safety, certain items are not permitted inside the event area, including backpacks, large bags, outside beverages, coolers, and weapons of any kind. All guests and belongings are subject to inspection at entry gates, and guests in possession of prohibited items may be denied entry.
